Organized by Eddie Codel Webzine 2005 in San Francisco, is a celebration of independent publishing on the Internet. It's part panel discussions, speakers and forums to become inspired by what others are doing as well as workshops to learn the basics of various aspects of online independent publishing.

Everything from neighborhood blogging to intro to podcasting, the basics of video blogging, DIY interface architecture, microformats and open source publishing tools will be covered. Justin Hall, arguably the first blogger (though that term didn't exist back then), will be returning to emcee.
